In the province of Saxony Anhalt, Germany there is a city called Eisleben. This is where Martin Luther was born until he was five. Then his family moved to Mansfield.
Martin Luther refused to withdraw his 95 Theses, so he went to the Diet (assembly) of Worms in Germany. Charles V signed the Edict of Worms that ordered all of Luther’s writings to be burned. Martin Luther fled to Eisenach.
